PAYMENT TERMS: Orders are paid for at time of purchase via PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. However, a Paypal account is not required to make payment through on-line purchase. If you would prefer to pay for your order with a check, your order will not be shipped out until receipt of payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Orders are shipped out within 10 business days. International orders can take upto 4-6 weeks to arrive. Color orders are custom made so please allow an extra two weeks for delivery.

REFUND POLICY: Please review your order and color choice before submitting your order. NO RETURNS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF ORDER.

WARRANTY POLICY: We warranty against all manufacturing defects from 90 days of purchase. Manufacturing defects do not include rips and tears due to misuse. If you are not satisfied with any Contour Creations Inc. product please call 403-993-8048 before shipping your product back. All defective returns must be pre-approved by Contour Creations Inc. Customer Service.





RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CLAIM WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT:

In purchasing any of the products for sale on this website, you are agreeing (1) to be bound to the terms set forth below; and (2) to require anyone using your Contour Creations Inc. products to be bound by such terms.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Use of Contour Creations Inc. products involves certain inherent risks, dangers and hazards which can result in serious personal injury and death. In using Contour Creations Inc. products you freely agree to assume and accept any and all known and unknown risks of injury while using this equipment.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS AGREEMENT: In consideration of the sale of the Contour Creations Inc. products to you, you hereby agree to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows:

TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may in the future have against Contour Creations Inc., and its distributors and dealers resulting from use of the Contour Creations Inc. products and any of its components.

TO RELEASE Contour Creations Inc. from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that you or any users of your Contour Creations Inc. products may suffer, or that your next of kin may suffer, as a result of the use of Contour Creations Inc. products, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of Contour Creations Inc. in the design or manufacture of its’ products and any of its components.

ARBITRATION: In further consideration of the sale to you of Contour Creations Inc. products and any of its components, you hereby agree to submit to binding arbitration any and all claims which you believe you may have against Contour Creations Inc. arising from the use of any of the Contour Creations Inc. products. The arbitration shall be pursuant to the rules of the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS). Arbitration shall be commenced within (1) year from the date on which any alleged claim first arose. Further, the arbitration shall be held in Edmonton Alberta unless otherwise mutually agreed to by all parties. The submission to the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS)shall be unlimited and the arbitration award may be enforced by any Court of competent jurisdiction.

BINDING EFFECT OF AGREEMENT: In the event of your death or incapacity, this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: In entering into this Agreement, you are not relying upon any oral or written representations other than what is set forth in this agreement.
